I'm Sena. I came to this work the same way most people find their way here — through my own searching. Yoga, sound healing and KAP didn't just become my practice; they became the way I learned to live. To feel. To stop managing myself and start actually inhabiting my life. That's what I want to give back. A real space — no performance, no pressure — where something in you gets to loosen, and something else gets to wake up.

I've done a lot of healing work — but Sen's sessions reached places nothing else had. I left feeling like I'd remembered something I didn't know I'd forgotten.

I'm not someone who arrived at healing from the outside. I came through my own unravelling — and that's what makes this real. Yoga, KAP and sound healing didn't just change what I do. They changed how I exist. I offer sessions in Munich, Augsburg and Istanbul because this work deserves to reach people wherever they are.
