Why I teach

Yoga gave me
back to myself.

I started doing yoga to relieve stress. On the days I practiced, I noticed I could handle things differently — so I went deeper. The more I explored, the more I realised yoga wasn't just a physical practice. It was a mirror.

As my yoga teachers used to say — your breath is your strength, and the only way out is through. I did my 200hr Yoga Teacher Training in Bali with House of Om, and I teach Hatha Vinyasa: a dynamic flow with pauses on each asana so we build genuine strength and slowly increase our ability to stretch.

Any body is ready to do yoga. You don't have to be flexible or strong. We build those together.

How I teach

Grounded. Honest.
Always embodied.

I teach Hatha Vinyasa — a dynamic flow with intentional pauses on each asana. We move with the breath, then hold, so the body has time to build real strength and gradually open into deeper stretch. It's flow with patience.

Meet you where you are

There is no pose you have to get to. Classes are adapted so every level can participate, rest when needed, and go deeper when ready.

Breath first, always

Movement follows the breath — not the other way around. If you can breathe, you can do yoga. The breath is the anchor, the guide, the reset button.

Stillness as the destination

Every class builds toward Shavasana — not as an afterthought, but as the point. Movement prepares the body to receive stillness.
