Yoga gave me
back to myself.
I started doing yoga to relieve stress. On the days I practiced, I noticed I could handle things differently — so I went deeper. The more I explored, the more I realised yoga wasn't just a physical practice. It was a mirror.
As my yoga teachers used to say — your breath is your strength, and the only way out is through. I did my 200hr Yoga Teacher Training in Bali with House of Om, and I teach Hatha Vinyasa: a dynamic flow with pauses on each asana so we build genuine strength and slowly increase our ability to stretch.
Any body is ready to do yoga. You don't have to be flexible or strong. We build those together.
