"I started doing yoga to relieve stress in my life. The days I did yoga, I realised that I could handle the stress, so l explored this feeling, got deeper in my practice and decided to be a yoga teacher.
Yoga has taught me a lot about myself, who I am, how I react to difficult asanas hence the situations in life and how to simply turn off my busy mind during meditation.
As my yoga teachers said, you've got this, your breath is your strength, and the only way out is through.
I feel extremely fortunate to have found this route.
I did my Yoga Teacher Training in Bali with House of Om. I am a Vinyasa teacher and I plan my classes around finding the calmness & balance within yourself and strengthening & stretching your body."
